Fairtrade is about better prices, decent working conditions, local sustainability, and fair terms of trade for farmers and workers in the developing world.
When you buy Fairtrade-certified products, the farmers and workers behind the product will receive higher compensation for their commodity and labour. The more you buy the bigger the impact. Better pay for workers and farmers means better financial security for families and that more children have an opportunity to go to school. For the farmers this means an increased awareness of sustainable farming methods and more organic agriculture. Fairtrade creates stronger communities, empowers the people behind the products and gives them more control of their lives and future. Simply put – Fairtrade – there can never be too much of a good thing!
When it comes to Fairtrade,
there is no reason to hold back.
With Reform Act’s concept, Fairtrade was able to bring together its product owners, retailers and activities during two intensive sales weeks in the autumn of 2019. The campaign appeared on everything from T-shirts to food trucks, and from outdoor display to influencer marketing.
